This role will assume the responsibility for design, coordination, and completion of new products or improvements/sustaining of existing products, design projects, and programs in accordance with Fisher Engineering processes, standards, and ISO9001. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop the implementation and test strategies for volume manufacturing for new product/improvement/sustaining projects. Collaborate with other functional engineering teams locally and globally to meet the overall product requirements. Research new technology and its suitable implementation in the product line. Interact optimally and provide technical support to local and overseas manufacturing facilities, procurement teams, and sales & marketing organizations. Put in place systems, processes, tools and resource capability in local EE team and lab to ensure project objectives are met within agreed timeline, budget, and appropriate standards that aligns with the business goals. Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to wearing required personal protective equipment while working, avoiding any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself, reporting unsafe work conditions, and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work.

You model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinion. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering with experience in analog circuit design. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge to analyze a variety of data to develop schematics, designs, specifications, part lists, and make recommendations regarding these items. Experience in using schematic capture and board layout software such as Altium or Cadence. Commanding knowledge of electronic test equipment including scopes, meters, signal generators, etc. Ability to work reliably with through-hole and fine pitch surface mount electronic components. Ability to understand mechanical and pneumatic systems is an advantage Familiarity to standards: EMC, hazardous location, functional safety, as well as ISO9001 Good spoken and written English communication skills Effective technical communication and documentation. Solid understanding of PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Planning and organizing skills. Contributing in a team environment
