This Application Engineer, Corrosion and Erosion Solutions (CES) role will be the product and solutions expert and will provide pre and post sales technical support to internal and external customers. You will provide customer’s feedback on products and solutions to global product managers and product development team. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Application & Technical Support Drive improvement in technical excellence with product & solution differentiation, competition analysis, Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ) and Key Selling Point (KSP) documents. Support spec-in activities by developing and continuously improving product & system specification documentation. Manage and drive data analytics capabilities and reporting. Support data integration requirement / activities and perform beta testing whenever required. Manage and conduct product and solution training to country sales, service team, Local Business Partners) and external customer. Takes initiative to improve full CES portfolio proposal and quote to order process. Drive lesson-learned and knowledge sharing across countries and with overseas team. Project Execution & Management Takes ownership of site deployment / activities and guide country service teams (including Local Business Partner) to complete installation & commissioning on time. Ensure accountability on site activity completion with review of commissioning, Site Acceptance Test report and database backup. Supports additional tasks and assignment given from time to time, including site visit, site survey and customer follow up with zero complaint. Collaborate closely with multicultural team and factory to have regular review on upcoming and current project execution status. Ensure project deliverables are meeting customer request date as per contract. Drive continuous improvement on project execution process and management. Connected Services Manage technical support and data analyst team to lead discussions with customer and ensure communication of detailed analysis with reports on a quarterly basis. Audits delivery of reports in time and completion of service agreement. Manage and ensure timely Connected Services deliverables and renewals. Drive Connected Services growth initiatives, target new potential installed base and initiate valuable programs and improvement. Drive WT100 / old system upgrade by providing technical study, replacement / upgrade roadmap and proposal to customer. Manage and improvise the standard warranty / Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, as well as the Connected Services warranty process. Investigate and support approval process for sensor claimed under warranty.
