Summary The Trainer, Ramp & Baggage Services will be responsible for all coordination and conduct of functional training programs, management of standards and procedures for Ramp & Baggage Services department. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, organise, and maintain training programs/ materials Conduct Training needs analysis and identify soft skills developmental programs for staff to improve performance Evaluate department training programs and oversee evaluations or surveys Align training program with Head Office or adapt Head Office training content for local usage Monitor industry, training trends and recommend new teaching/ learning methods Ensure compliance to regulatory training requirements Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
