The Centre Supervisor for our Senior Care Centre, will liaise with key partners, to plan, coordinate programmes and ensure smooth execution/operation of the centre's activities for the elderly. Duties include managing a team of support staff and perform administrative duties. - Assist to review, development and implementation of projects, events, external partnership management including volunteers, client’ program / activities - Support role includes covering other centres temporary when needed - Support and or conduct training to staffs with supervision - Work with the Centre Manager to ensure the centre meet the MOH service model requirement - Assist to provide presentations to internal staffs and external partners - Assist to strategize cross-agencies / disciplines collaborations
