Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mac and Linux operating systems. - Support users with software and equipment issues, ensuring minimal disruption. - Maintain and operate computer systems, network servers, and virtual environments. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and rights. - Resolve hardware issues with vendor support. - Enforce IT policies and manage software installations. - Oversee backups, data protection, disaster recovery, and security protocols. - Document IT assets and configurations.

Job Requirements

Requirements: - 3+ years in an IT specialist role within a fast-growing company. - Extensive experience with Mac, Linux, Google Workspace, and Gmail. - Advanced troubleshooting skills with OS, networking, and SaaS integrations. - Experience with Okta, SSO, and cloud/on-premises backup solutions. - Strong Linux knowledge and a passion for IT trends. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. - Positive, proactive attitude. - Experience with JAMf, networking, google workspace Work Location and Working Hours: CBD, 9am to 6pm
