Job Detail

Unpack, prepare, distribute, and present food and beverages. Ensure continuous replenishment of food and beverages, always maintaining a minimum fill level of one-quarter. Dispose of unconsumed food after 4 hours. Maintain cleanliness of bar, utensils, dishes, and glasses, and clear used items from buffet area. Prepare food items such as blanching noodles, making wraps, and sandwiches. Make standard beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and tea. Replenish utensils, dishes, and glasses to maintain adequate stock levels. Keep workstations clean and organized, adhere to safety standards, and ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained. Maintain cleanliness and safety requirements in the service area, food display, and seating spaces. Assist passengers with buffet service, equipment usage, and address any F&B inquiries, offer alternative F&B options creatively when standard offerings are unavailable. Provide daily menu, process and service food and beverage orders from passengers. Serve and refill food and beverages to passengers. Create buffet displays and table settings. Attendees must be familiar with the food and beverage choices in the buffet and bar sections, as well as the menu cycles.

Job Requirements

Must possess Food Hygiene Cert Minimum one year experience in the hotel and hospitality industries or relevant culinary institutions like SHATEC. Present a pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance, with a polite and energetic demeanor. Enjoy interacting with and serving customers, engaging in proactive conversations. Demonstrate discipline in adhering to grooming, service, safety, and company standards.
