Be aware of and proactive in meeting the requirements of customer. Ensure duty PROs report for work with proper grooming (as per grooming checklist) Move around duty areas (e.g. Check-in Reception, Customer Service Desk, Entrance etc.). Ensure that PROs are performing their stipulated duties. Perform check-in/related duties. Warm, pleasant, and courteous disposition, neat and professional in appearance, well-mannered and energetic. Customer-oriented, empathetic, and enjoys interacting with and assisting people. Well groomed; maintains an acceptable physical appearance and ideal weight in relation to height. Alert and proactive to customer needs. Takes personal responsibility for customer requirements and ensures that the is well-kept. Problem-solving abilities include creativity, resourcefulness, and effectiveness in providing alternate answers. Capable of working and reacting calmly in high-pressure or tough conditions. A team player. Willing and excited to learn and develop. Responsive to directions and comments. Disciplined, accountable, dependable, thorough, and meticulous in their work. Capable of staying up to date and conversant with all aspects of airline products, processes, and services, including new/changing products and airline and ground operations.
