Lead and coach Team Leaders and Agents Manage day-to-day operations of the contact Centre and achieve KPIs. Collaborate with HR for efficient staff recruitment. Foster an engaging and motivating work environment. Review staff performance and identify training needs. Resolve urgent issues escalated by clients or team. Assist in client investigations and service recovery. Analyze root causes and improve CSAT ratings. Establish and improve work processes and SOPs. Ensure quality call audits and adherence to guidelines. Provide insights and timely reports to clients and management. Perform other assigned duties by management.
The candidate must possess at least a degree. Min 5 years prior experience managerial positions in the contact center industry. Good communication and analytical skills
