Provide comprehensive IT support, including infrastructure, network, and end-user computing (EUC). Manage daily operations of IT systems to ensure reliability and stability. Perform scheduled maintenance and patching to enhance system security and efficiency. Resolve issues efficiently using our internal ticketing system, ensuring minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with ISM standards. G50 Background required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven min 3 years relevant experience in IT support, network management, and end-user computing. Relevant experience in managing up to 8-10 servers Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, endpoints, and network switches. Experience with AD, License management, and NAS systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
