Roles and responsibilities include compliance Company's policies and regulations, staff rostering, outlet inspection, quality of products, services and outlet maintenance, submission of monthly reporting. training and development of all new employees undergo onboarding according to SOP. Conduct performance appraisals, coach, motivate, train and develop staff performances. Responsible for sales & profitability of every outlet and performances. Monitor and track industry and market trends, consumer spending, signages, posters etc. Assist to recruit employees through objective selection and interview process.
