Operate welding machine/equipment, such as Miller Syncrowave 351 AC/DC TIG welding machine MRO back shop. Perform bench repairs and pressure checks per technical manuals. - training provided Perform various bench repair works such as blending, inserts & broken studs removal/replacement. - training provided Interpret rework dimensions & understand the requirements from technical blue - prints. Inspect work using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications. Assist line supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline. Actively support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives. Perform various other duties as assigned by Cell IC/Workshop Engineer/Manager.
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline. Diploma will be advantageous Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly, assembly or test in relevant aviation industry Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality Able to work on weekly rotating shifts Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
