- Develop and oversee Operations Budget preparation, management, tracking and P&L forecast and actualization. - Manage and supervise the M&E Operations teams in carrying for M&E engineering and maintenance works. - Oversee and coordinate M&E engineering work effectively and work closely with teams, contractors or parties engaged to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues. - Monitor the performance standards of internal resources and external vendors, ensuring quality service standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled. - Conduct regular meetings with teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors - Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- At least 10 years of experience in Engineering, Building Services or Estate Management. - Degree holder in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent. - Candidates certified with professional qualification such as FSM/SCEM/LEW, etc. will have an added advantage - Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment
