Broad Function Be part of the team to support functions like system setup and financial planning and analysis in Woodlands Health (WH) which will open in Dec 2024. Scope of work includes but not limited to providing analysis to improve productivity and efficiency, setting of budgets, preparation of management and departmental reports and scenario planning for new services/programs. Major Duties & Responsibilities • Analyse and reporting of monthly departmental reports (actual vs budget) and highlight any area of improvement. • To perform feasibility analysis, cost benefit analysis and to build scenarios relating to new/existing projects or strategic initiatives. • Assist in the annual revenue and projection cycles. • Provide insights from data and present results to stakeholders through a combination of reports, dashboards and innovative technologies. • Be a proactive finance representative to the assigned functional department to guide and influence decision-making. • To participate in understanding system relationship, system structure and end-to-end flow. • To assist in system setup including performing UAT. • Any adhoc projects as assigned.
