Broad Function This individual needs to perform the project delivery, liaise with different teams to make sure the project delivered in time and in quality. Maintain the solution after it go live, handle new request on the infra and response to the change and incident ticket related to the solution. Key Responsibilities and Duties Specific • Assist BME/FM server setup and ensure project completion in high quality. • Handle the BAU tasks related to solution deployed. • Maintain the solution to make sure it meets the SLA, and response to any production • incident, security incident or change request. • Deep understanding of how IT infrastructure works, to ensure the solution delivered • following the best infra practice. General • Work with different IT and BME/FM teams to support pre- and post- go-live activities that related to BME/FM servers. • Perform any other duties as assigned by RO.
● Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent ● At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, including managerial, data center IT infrastructure, System Design and management experience for Engineer position. ● At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience, including managerial, data centre IT infrastructure, System Design and management experience for Senior Engineer position. ● Deep understanding of various infra tools, such as monitoring tool, automation tool, patching tool, file transfer tool etc. ● Experience in VMware, hyperv, Storage and backup
