1. Handle and process administrative issues with regards to human resource management and recruitment 2. Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters such as work permit and employment pass renewal and cancellation respectively, levy submission etc. 3. Administer one-way departure and ensure that procedures are followed accordingly. 4. Proper filing and recording of employees’ information and update into their personnel files. 5. Prepare security bond for existing NTS workers. 6. Update and maintain employees' data in the system. 7. Administer logistic matters such as transport route for NTS, transport backup on emergency cases. 8. Arrange accommodation for existing NTS workers and ensure the accommodating quarters are equipped with the basic necessities such as beds, pillows, television, etc. 9. Monitor the activities of tenant’s allocations and their welfare. 10. Liaise with Site Admin or Site in-charge for workers’ contract and Work Permit renewal and others HR management issue when needed. 11. Liaise & coordinate with Site Admin on any other matters. 12. To manage on the printing and issuing of ID passes for new employees, replacement for loss passes and damaged passes. To maintain proper record on the usage of the pass and hold a minimum balance on hand. 13. Proper filing and recording of employees’ information and update into their personnel files. 14. Perform receptionist duties as and when is required. 15. To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
1. GCE ‘0” / ‘A’ Level or its equivalent 2. Must be computer literate 3. At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries 4. Possess good communication skills 5. Good organizing skills 6. Good proactive approach 7. Good personality skill
