Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of mobility, strength, balance, endurance, gait, posture, and fall risk. Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and clinical goals. Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment interventions accordingly. Deliver physiotherapy treatments including therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility training, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques. Provide pain management interventions such as electrotherapy, heat/cold therapy, and positioning strategies. Implement rehabilitation programmes to maintain or improve functional abilities and reduce disability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution. Valid AHPC registration to practise as a Physiotherapist in Singapore. Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or community care settings preferred. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
