Job Detail

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments covering functional abilities, cognition, perception, behaviour, and ADL performance. Evaluate upper limb movement, coordination, balance, strength, and endurance. Develop individualised therapy plans based on clinical assessment and residents’ goals. Provide occupational therapy interventions including ADL training, graded exercises, and dexterity activities to improve functional performance. Deliver cognitive and perceptual re-training using sensory stimulation techniques. Implement behavioural management and social skills training programmes.
