Job Detail

▪Assist property manager, maintain building services, prepare reports, organize event support, liaison with stakeholders. ▪Main contact point for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to address inquiries, complaints and maintenance requests promptly. ▪Conduct inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance issues or areas for improvement. ▪Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records and managing tenant documentation. ▪Support the property manager with preparation and execution of council, annual general, and sub-committee meetings. ▪To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

▪Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical and Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent. ▪Professional certifications such as bizSAFE Level 2, CERT training or WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes is a plus. ▪At least 7 years of working experience in managing commercial / retail MCST environment. ▪Electrical, mechanical, building structural and ACMV knowledge is a distinct advantage. ▪Good knowledge of building maintenance and conversant in the BMSM Act. ▪Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations. ▪Mature and independent with ability to lead team. ▪Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. ▪Expression of Interest for November 2024.
