Job Detail

Proper table setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments Usher customer to their table Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items and answer, questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer Serve food and beverages to customers Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning Perform cashiering at times Perform opening and closing duties such as drinks preparation and housekeeping Dishwashing when required.

Job Requirements

·         Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications • Minimum primary school level • With F&B experience is an asset but not essential • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate • Good understanding of procedures related to kitchen operation • Good and positive working attitude • Able to work well in a team and individually • Able to do split shift and work on weekends and public holidays • Able to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment • Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
