Conduct merchandising for your product category according to the company's standards and guidelines Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising Maintain up to date knowledge with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals Achieve company and department goals/KPIs and strive to attain the best possible results Proactively supports any promotional activity within the store and contributes to an effective working environment Ensure team members are in compliance with established store policies and procedures Be a role model by setting good examples to team members Develop and motivate your team to attain customer service excellence and sales performance Conduct interviews and appraise candidates objectively and fairly Continuously review store processes and identify ways to enable more efficient operations in the store Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting managers
