Basic knowledge of any POS (E-Point knowledge and background preferred). Basic experience in using credit card terminals. Basic cashiering duties: handling of cash and card payments, opening and closing duties (reports) Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Experience in working in F&B and/or Nightlife establishments is a bonus. Coordinate reservation-related requests with the team. Establishes and maintains positive customer contact at the restaurant/club. Communicates with management, Guest Relations Team, and Service Team on customer needs, comments, or incidents. Performs all other ad hoc duties as as assigned by supervisors or management.
Must be fluent and literate in English for communication with stakeholders, bilingual experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer focused and intuitive to customer’s needs. Ability to maintain a calm composure with difficult customer interactions and customer disputes. Ability to work well with others and independently. Must be self-motivated, adaptive, open-minded and willingness to be flexible. Empathetic and professional. Ability to perform all functions within the restaurant and club, when required. Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends, and late night hours
