WATAMI Management Trainee program is an intensive leadership program which focuses on grooming an individual to be part of the management team. This 6-months program will include : 1) WATAMI Philosophy 2) Hall or Kitchen restaurant operations 3) Restaurant Management 4) Profit & Loss Management 5) Cost Management Strict validations will be carried out throughout the 6-months period.
