Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. Maintain workstations in compliance with hygiene standards at all times. Monitor and manage food stock and costs within the assigned section. Handle daily mise-en-place preparation and food production across various sections. Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently. Uphold the highest quality standards in food preparation and stay current with new products, recipes, and techniques. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
