Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program; Formulate maintenance procedure and policies and facility emergency plans Promote good relations with the stakeholders, such as the Authority staff, Landlord(s) etc. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
