The Patient Service Associate Executive is responsible for providing assistance to patients which includes (but not limited to) reception duties, registration, admissions, payment collections and other administrative duties in the Emergency Department. To ensure Patient's information are up-to-date and accurate. To be in compliance with personal data protection act (PDPA)
1. GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma holders 2. Relevant working experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and a team player 5. Working knowledge of computer.
