We are looking for Shipping Executive who will manage and process outbound shipment and ensure timely delivery schedule. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Responsible for outbound shipment processing using Oracle, Trax and other system. Ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal functional teams and external teams (such as forwarders). To perform pre-shipment ship to address/end user screening in accordance with Trade Compliance requirement. Prepare all shipping instructions and documentations. Timely and accurate submission of GST documents to Finance in compliance to IRAS guidelines. To perform timely invoice dispatching to customers and e-filling for record retention. Assist the manager to lead a team of Shipping Administrators in the day-to-day operations. Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives that helps achieve key performance indicator goals, for example digital innovation initiative. Other duties as assigned by the manager.

For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Shipping or Logistics functions with experience in handling shipping documentation. Prior experience as a team lead is essential. Customer Service oriented and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Diploma/NITEC or any equivalent in Logistics Management or any related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage.
