The Customer Care and Billing Administrator handles the order-related queries from customer, interfaces and coordinates with plant operations and logistics team to ensure seamless and timely order fulfilment. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Handle order-related queries from customer, interface and coordinate with plant operations and logistics team to ensure seamless and timely order fulfilment. Responsible for shipping & billing processing using Oracle, Trax & other business tools. Ensure commercial documentations are proper, complete and align with sales recognition policy and organize shipment release on timely basis. Able to work with various functions Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Trade Compliance, Plants Operations teams to ensure timely release of shipment & billing through system. Review commercial clauses, handle type of bonds with bank, Letter of Credit negotiation with bank, issue chamberized origin etc. Ensure all related billing issuance are issued accurately, provide complete supporting billing documents to customer, meeting the customer's contract/payment terms and ensure each set of payment collection should be reasonably assured. Liaise with internal A/R Collections team and customer to resolve any variances whenever query arise. Able to communicate well with all the partners to ensure smooth execution of shipment & billing according to established guidelines. Ensure all documents are filed according to Record Retention Policy.

For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management function. Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused, and detailed. Thinks systematically and able to prioritize tasks to work efficiently and effectively. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Diploma or any equivalent in Business Administration or any related course. Sound knowledge on International Shipping practice and basic understanding on Finance's terminology. Solid understanding of business management systems like Oracle or JDE and Microsoft Excel.
