Staff Nurse (Home Care)

Job Detail

1) Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices. 2) Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan, recommends revision of care plans as necessary. 3) Work with allied health professionals, initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. 4) Conduct and supervise assessments of all new Home Care clients. 5) Prepare and update clinical documentations. 6) Prepare and administer medications to clients, comply with safe medication practices. 7) Supervise and train junior nurses & support care staff. 8) Work with supervisor to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. 9) Deal with any emergency that arises and ensures prompt actions to mitigate the situation. Escalates promptly to supervisor, where necessary.
