Job Detail

▪ Arrange set-up and provide service for banquet/ outside catering and meal presentation/ in-house functions. ▪ Coordinate for daily staff sales and year-end festive sales. ▪ Conduct inventory count of banquet equipment and monitor inventory. ▪ Liaise with Housekeeping for the upkeep of Meal Presentation Room (MPR) and Test Kitchen. ▪ Ensure banquet equipment and Test Kitchen equipment is kept in operational readiness state. ▪ Ensure cleanliness of MPR, display counter and balcony. ▪ Replenish beverages and condiments for MPR. ▪ Report any faulty equipment to immediate superior. ▪ Assist in update menu recipe as and when required. ▪ Undertake any other duties assigned by immediate superior. ▪ Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure

Job Requirements
