Job Detail

▪ Manage the issued rosters and ensure optimal staff coverage ▪ Assist in the scheduling of training by analyzing what periods would be ideal to release staff for training ▪ Pre-plan deployment and provide input on overtime necessary to meet service standards ▪ Continually monitor deployment to ensure maximum efficiency ▪ Seek feedback from the workforce regarding issues with deployment and suggestions to further improve ▪ Actively work with the Supervisor, Resource Planning, Operations Executive and Supervisor to make the best use of available resources ▪ Ensure pre-planning is utilized ahead of any major celebrations to ensure there is a good balance between staff being granted leave and sufficient coverage for the operation ▪ Monitor the leave quota for staff to ensure it is being managed correctly and is not placing too much pressure on the management of resources ▪ Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures ▪ Any other duties, or assignments as assigned
