Responsibilities: • Reports to: Managing Director • Data Extraction and Transformation: o Develop and maintain efficient ETL processes to extract data from various sources, including MySQL databases, Excel files, and REST APIs. o Transform raw data into a structured format suitable for analysis and reporting. o Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process. • Data Analysis: o Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and other statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. o Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract relevant data from the MySQL database. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights. • Report Automation: o Automate the generation of manual reports by developing and implementing automated reporting solutions. o Create and maintain efficient data pipelines to support automated reporting processes. (Tableau Prep Builder preferred) • Dashboard Development: o Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize complex data and communicate insights effectively. o Develop high-level management dashboards to provide executive-level overviews of key performance indicators (KPIs). o Collaborate with business users to create dashboards that meet their specific needs and provide actionable information. • Data Governance: o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security by implementing appropriate data governance practices. o Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.
