The incumbent will be responsible for the retention of all existing taxi hirer accounts as well as maintaining and increasing Group revenues from new accounts. This position will work closely with the Driver Recruitment team to support and create rapport with new, existing and potential taxi drivers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word Conversant in English and any Mother Tongue; Dialect is an advantage as candidates may be required to speak with Taxi Drivers who converse in various Mother Tongues Strong and mature personality with the ability to serve and interact well with taxi drivers from all walks of life A team player with strong interpersonal skills but can also work independently Possess a resilient mind-set with he ability to multitask Self-motivated & highly driven to achieve department goals Possess at least a bachelor's degree/diploma Possess at least 2 years of working experiences in the service/sales sectors Possess a valid Singapore driving license is an advantage (Class 3/TDVL)
