The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive sales and profitability of automotive parts and services, building strong relationships with suppliers and customers, and ensuring exceptional aftersales service and achieving revenue and market share growth in the automotive market.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in business, engineering or related field will be advantageous. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a corporate environment, preferably in automotive or engineering industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-starter with the willingness to take up new responsibility required by the management.
