1. Liaise with customers, users, and related stakeholders to understand their business needs. 2. Analyze business requirements and define system functions. 3. Present system functions to customers, users, and related stakeholders. 10. Analyze the feedback from users or customers and prepare system Improvements. 11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 12. Help with technical documentation. 13. Support and Management for Key Accounts Interfacing Internal and external customers. 14. Manage and implement Medium Size Projects 15. Manage Go Live and Stabilization for New Customer Onboarding.
· A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. · Hands-on experience in software development and implementation. · Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, web application, microservices, and system Integration, · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, · Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. · Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. · Able to work both independently and in a team. · Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus. · Hands on Supply Chain Solutions, especially Warehouse Management System is preferred. · Experience in Implementing and maintaining Warehousing Automation · Experience in handling EDI Interfaces between Supply Chain Related applications, ERP and Warehousing Automation solutions.
