Job Detail

1. Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers. 2. Understand product specifications and user psychology. 3. Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. 4. Create overall concepts for the user experience, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers. 5. Present and defend UI / UX design decisions. All the design decisions should align with the overall design roadmap as well as fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) 6. Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management 7. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. 8. Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience. 9. Strong ability to design concept across variety of products, web-based portals, online marketing banners, social media platforms and interactive websites and present ideas to clients 10. Collaborate with product team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product visuals and experience for marketing purpose, eg: infographics, newsletter and collaterals. 11. Develop on-brand and engaging creatives that meet business objectives and cut across digital and print platforms 12. To perform any other duties as assigned by superior or Management.
