Job Detail

1. Execute shipment booking from Shipper. 2. Booking of flights with procurement team. 3. Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation. 4. Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 5. Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly. 6. Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 7. Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively. 8. Work closely with internal section customer service and load planning team meet customers requirements. 9. Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures. 10. Ensure all data are updated correctly in system. 11. Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice. 12. Take lead in operational issue resolutions. 13. Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team. 14. All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements

1. ""Minimum ""O"" Level/Diploma in Logistics or equivalent 2. Good understanding of Incoterms 2010 3. Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment 4. At least - 2 to 3 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process 5. Able to work shift
