Warehouse Officer (Cross Border-Trucking)

Job Detail

1. Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/Domestic transportation operations, partnership and projects. 2. Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures 3. Roles - Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry. Checking with Malaysia counterpart on their status as a declaring new customer in Malaysia or liaising with Malaysian customers or their declaring agent on the Malaysian customs procedures. 4.Submitting the selling rate to Singapore customer. 5. Coordination with Malaysia counterpart on Sales lead from the destination. Looking into all aspects of customer's requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments 6. CBT billing & preparing of reports for internal &external customer. 7.Any other duties as assign from time to time.
