The Tabletop Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a hygienic environment for guests. This includes organizing and sorting plates, cutlery, and trays after use, as well as wiping down tables and chairs to ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitized. The Tabletop Cleaner is also in charge of packing crockery and utensils into assigned tubs for delivery to the washing area. Additionally, this role involves general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining space. The Tabletop Cleaner plays a crucial role in upholding the restaurant’s cleanliness standards, contributing to a pleasant dining experience for customers.
