Job Detail

Register patients for consultation and print out patients’ labels, queue and time chits for appointments. Attend to queries from both internal and external customers To perform simple crowd-control and manage waiting times To reduce no-show rates and communicate need for rescheduling to patients or next-of-kin To handle all image duplication in DVDs/CDs and/or Radiological Reports in accordance to PDPA Act Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected Provide financial counselling to patients Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception areas in terms of stocking of stationery, relevant patient information sheets, presentation and cleanliness
