Job Detail

- To liaise and follow up with clients, sales team and intermediaries on issues relating to claims with the aim of obtaining adequate information for Assessors to make a timely decision on claims outcome - Manage and respond to email enquiries raised by clients in a timely manner - Ensure email enquiries from clients are well managed and followed up - Manage the Statement of Account from hospitals - Identify processes that has room for improvements and streamline processes to improve operation efficiency - Initiate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing to seek enhancement of existing system - Keep track of agreed timelines/milestones and ensure that these are properly met.

Job Requirements

- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry is preferred - Has some knowledge of the claims policy processes - Good verbal and written communication skills, experience/exposure to customer service is advantageous - Meticulous and attention to details, able to work independently and follow through to meet tight timelines - Team player, fast learner and willing to contribute to a dynamic working environment
