• Liaise with patient and manage enquiries. • Performs charging of services, treatment and payment collection procedure. • Performs financial counselling to patients • Performs patient registration • Scheduling of patients appointments. • Assists with doctor’s requests including chaperon patients • Monitors inventory of non-clinical items (e.g. office requisites) • Assists in audit process. • Ensures general housekeeping cleanliness of counters and workstations are maintained • Demonstrates familiarity with the emergency plan and participate in emergency evacuation exercises • Performs infection prevention practices on work areas, equipment, staff and patients • Performs monitoring of vital signs • Ensures safe handling of patients • Assists doctors in surgical procedures relevant to the clinic needs • Prepares room, patient and equipment for patient examination. • Supports patient education initiatives providing post procedures advise, simple patient education to patient and caregivers, when necessary • Assists in Patient Relations matters • Participates in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• GCE 'N' Level and above • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in service / healthcare industry • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills
