Job Detail

Location: Changi Airport Salary: $2400 - $3000 (Not including Commissions, Service Incentive, Bonus) May be tasked to cover the counter and asked to work counter hours. Possess of costing, budgeting and cost control. Able to prepare and finalize financial & data reports. Set and proactively communicate with the team to ensure on KPIs, margin and revenue on sales. Suggest and recommend improvements for the business. Computer literate (strong in Excel, MS Word, Databases, Doric system). Handling order fulfillment and processing orders. Maintain inventory of routers and set up. Ensure router stocks must be tallied with the reservation number. Quick thinking to resolve customers queries, able to identify problems and provide a solution to recover customer satisfaction. Able to run shift when needed for the Operations Department. Administration, operations reporting, and other ad hoc duties assigned.
