Job Detail

Daily Operations: oversea operations of all F&B outlet, ensure compliance, manage inventory, cost control, ensure timely food preparation. Customer Services: address any concerns promptly. Team Management: Supervise kitchen supervisors and staff, performance evaluations, scheduling, attendance and labour cost. Quality Control: Conduct regular checks, monitor menu consistency, implement improvement initiatives. Financial Management: Monitor sales, profit and operational costs, implement cost-saving initiatives. Admin Task: Maintain all records, prepare outlet report, liaise with various department for marketing events. Safety and Security: Compliance with health and safety regulations, manage emergency issue and handle security protocols.

Job Requirements

Hospitality or food and beverage management degree/diploma. 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, working process or management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
