Daily Operations: Assist the Head of Central Kitchen in managing food preparation, production, and dispatch, ensuring smooth workflows. Team Coordination: Supervise and support kitchen staff, including chefs and production teams, to maintain productivity and quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met, conducting regular checks as needed. Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely supply and delivery. Cost Management: Monitor labor and food costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency. Customer Focus: Ensure timely deliveries and address any concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen operations, ideally in a central kitchen or large-scale food service. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work flexible hours.
