What is it? The Work Study Diploma Program is a 2.5 years traineeship program that offers you an opportunity to gain a headstart in your career whilst pursuing a nationally recognise diploma. You will be attached to a particular department (Engineering Modules, Material Management, Information Technology) with experienced mentors to provide advice, guidance and coaching throughout the traineeship program. You will acquired valuable industry experience to enhance your market readiness and employment within the Semiconductor industry. Who is it for? WSDip Program is applicable for: · Fresh and in-employment ITE graduates who are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or Long Term Visit Pass Plus Holders · Graduated or ORD Personnel from relevant full time ITE course within 5 years · Existing Employee with more than 5 years of relevant work experience and equivalent qualifications Job Description: · Monitor SPC and ESPC charts using SPACE. Respond to all the PR rules and follow CAS correctly. Execute basic quality annotation · Monitor all qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools · Setup recipes / job files in all metrology tools in the Module. Do regular housekeeping of production job files · Obtain data for lots affected by tool faults and dispose the affected lots accordingly with minimal held time · Provide proper and accurate pass down of line issues, outstanding follow-up tasks and documentation (fill up and file the checklists) · Constantly monitor and feedback process issues to Engineers for further improvement · Follow SOP and carry out CAS per specification · Execute SPSR accurately and timely · Ensure and follow good housekeeping and safety practice when works in the fab or in the office area
