Who is it for? WSDeg Program is applicable for University students who are presently pursuing a degree at a local university and is keen to embark on a traineeship program with the sponsored company. What is it? The Work Study Degree Program is a work and study traineeship program that aims to provide students with technical knowledge and hands on experience in the Semiconductor Industry. You will be attached to a particular department (Engineering Modules, Integration or Information Technology) with experienced mentors to provide advice, guidance and coaching throughout the traineeship program. You will acquired valuable industry experience to enhance your market readiness and employment within the Semiconductor industry.
