Job Description Design, develop, and implement high-quality e-learning content that engages learners and meets instructional objectives. The specialist will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, and e-learning content developer to create interactive and effective online learning experiences. Create engaging and interactive multimedia content, including videos, animations, and assessments. Write clear and concise instructional content that facilitates learning. Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Photoshop, Camtasia) to develop interactive content. Collaborate with e-learning content developer to enhance the visual and interactive elements of e-learning materials. Review and test e-learning content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot technical and instructional issues whenever necessary.
Job Requirements Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately Detail-oriented and meticulous Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Self-driven individual, proactive team player Good problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in video editing, media production, PowerDirector software and Articulate will be a plus point Familiar with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline 360), multimedia editing tools for creating and enhancing visual and interactive elements of e-learning content (Adobe Photoshop, Canva ,etc) will be a plus point Familiar with Video editing tools to create and edit instructional videos:Camtasia, Power Director will be a plus poin
