Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory role Experience in precision manufacturing industry is a plus Good knowledge of SAP system Proficient in MS Office Good knowledge of CNC machine operations Organizational and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experienced in leading a team and able to work under stress
