a) To facilitate entry of visitors/patients through gate emulator system b) To ensure that all visitors/patients entries through the gantry are scanned in the system (No tailgating) c) To understand the LCD messages shown and re-direct visitors/patients accordingly d) To have knowledge of our policy to be able to advise visitors/patients accurately e) To carry out duties with good service delivery skills f) Undertake any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior
