Job Detail

a) Oversee the operations for Visitor Management Services and plan weekly duty roster as well as manage the deployment of staff in accordance to company's guidelines, procedures and policies b) Oversee and monitor performance of staff to ensure service levels are met c) Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operation d) Handle complaints/ feedback and resolve issues by performing service recovery. To escalate to Supervisor when need arises e) Investigate causes of discrepancies and complaints and to take corrective actions f) Disseminate operational updates/ information to staff promptly and accurately g) Conduct On-The-Job (OJT) and refresher training programs h) To perform temperature taking and other data collection during heightened DORSCON alert level or when required by the Company i) To operate and manage work areas required as per the role of a Patient Service Associate in the event of a shortage of staff j) Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
